How can I ask questions and vote?

We encourage you to submit your questions and vote in advance by visiting proxyvote.com. Shareholders will also be permitted to ask questions by telephone or online during the meeting (subject to time restrictions).

What if I don’t have internet access?

Please call (877) 328-2502 (toll free) or (412) 317-5419 (international) to listen to the meeting proceedings. You will not be able to vote your shares during the meeting.
